{"id":407,"date":"2026-02-23T11:33:45","date_gmt":"2026-02-23T10:33:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cannabisante.org\/?p=407"},"modified":"2026-02-23T11:33:46","modified_gmt":"2026-02-23T10:33:46","slug":"la-generalisation-du-cannabis-medical-est-prevue-pour-2027","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cannabisante.org\/index.php\/2026\/02\/23\/la-generalisation-du-cannabis-medical-est-prevue-pour-2027\/","title":{"rendered":"La g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation du cannabis m\u00e9dical est pr\u00e9vue pour 2027"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Repr\u00e9sentants d&rsquo;Associations de patients, pharmaciens et industriels \u00e9taient r\u00e9unis par la Direction de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Sociale et la Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la Sant\u00e9 ce mercredi 18 f\u00e9vrier pour d\u00e9couvrir le calendrier de l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation et la prise en charge du cannabis m\u00e9dical en France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les acteurs du cannabis m\u00e9dical\u00a0sont sollicit\u00e9s afin d&rsquo;apporter leurs commentaires au projet de d\u00e9cret qui fixera les crit\u00e8res d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation de la Haute Autorit\u00e9 de Sant\u00e9 (HAS) pour la prise en charge du cannabis m\u00e9dical, ainsi que les conditions de remboursement. Ce d\u00e9cret devra \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au Conseil d&rsquo;\u00c9tat avant la fin du mois de juin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le calendrier pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 pr\u00e9cise que la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation devrait intervenir au d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2027 dans le cas o\u00f9 l\u2019avis de la HAS sur l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat th\u00e9rapeutique, qui devrait \u00eatre publi\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;automne, est&nbsp;favorable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ministre de la Sant\u00e9, St\u00e9phanie Rist, devrait prochainement renouveler la lettre de couverture des patients, ce jusqu&rsquo;au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2026 afin d&rsquo;assurer la continuit\u00e9 de la prise en charge des pr\u00e8s de 700 patients encore dans
